WHAT IS GRID GOLF?
PUT SIMPLY, IT’S A WHOLE NEW BALL GAME
Modeled on the traditional game of golf, Grid Golf bridges that gap between the driving range, and a full round of 18 holes.
Golfers play the full range of shots, use a full bag of clubs and score in exactly the same way as regular golf – but you play a full 18 holes from one teeing position!
Using a grid layout course and a separate putting area, players use a digital tablet that calculates where you need to hit the ball to play just about any course in the world.
THE TYPICAL HOLE
LET’S GO THROUGH AN EXAMPLE
TEEING OFF
Players see before them a fairway marked into landing zones (or grids). Each grid has distance markers, as well as hazards (pits and ponds) either side.
Our digital tablet/app will calculate the driving distance for the first hole based on the course selected. For the purpose of the example, let’s say that this hole is 370m away.
The player plays their stroke, and hits the 200m grid.
NEXT STROKE
After driving 200m, the digital tablet/app calculates that the player needs has 170m left to the hole, and designate a grid at the 175m distance for the player to hit to..
The player would then take their shot.
IF THEY DO MAKE THE NEXT STROKE…
Let’s say that the player plays their next stroke and gets the ball to the appropriate 175m grid.
The player would then take their ball to the appropriate hole on the putting green behind the teeing area, place their ball at a randomly generated putting distance, and take their put.
IF THEY DON’T MAKE THE NEXT STROKE…
Let’s say that the player plays their next stroke and does not make the appropriate 175m grid.
The player (just like in regular golf) would have to then chip into the chip zones to determine their putting distance. After doing this, they would move the the appropriate putting area, and take their put.

The putting area is a stone throw from tee off, so you can play a full round in a fraction of the time (more golf!)

Our digital tablets/apps can recreate any course in the world (as well as some of our own custom courses)

The tee off area is only steps away from the club house. Enjoy the facilities with friends right after a round (or during)

To get set up with Grid Golf, you need a fraction of the space that a full golf course will need – for a very similar experience!
ZONES FOR CHIP-INS
Our chipping zones have holes, so you better believe there are chip ins allowed in Grid Golf!

Located behind the teeing area are 18 putting holes, complete with subtle drops, for the full experience
